Can cleft palate be corrected?

Yes, cleft palates can be corrected, and patients with cleft palate have overwhelmingly positive treatment outcomes. Dr. Park is an expert in the surgical treatment of both cleft palate and cleft lip.

Will I feel any pain with dental sedation?

Although dental sedation makes you feel calm and relaxed during your oral surgery procedure, it does not prevent pain, so we use a combination of dental sedation and local anesthesia for your comfort. You may feel some movement or pressure as Dr. Park works, but you will not feel any pain.
